Judgement by the Federal Court : Revision of the Sperisen Case

Mr Erwin SPERISEN’s conviction was annulled by the Federal Supreme Court’s review ruling of 18 October 2023. The Federal Court invites the Geneva courts to hold a trial in this case for the fourth time.
