The Geneva court system refuses to question itself. Neither the ruling of 13 June 2023 by the European Court of Human Rights, nor the Federal Court’s invitation of 18 October 2023 concerning the “need to guarantee the presumption of innocence of third parties” have been respected (TF 6F_33/2023, consid. 3.5.1
